Job Description
Summary:Full-service insurance brokerage firm based in Los Angeles area is currently
looking to add an Assistant to their rapidly growing Commercial Lines team.
Responsibilities:
Processing endorsements, certificates, proposals, certificates, evidences
Preparing submissions, marketing renewals, audits, auto id cards
Ordering MVRs, loss runs
Policy checking
Applications
Carrier Web Site
Quoting and checking
Review policy
Invoicing
Requirements:
2+ years experience in all lines of commercial insurance
Strong computer skills required
Current P&C License preferred
Familiarity with Outlook/Applied Systems/PaperWise/Fax@vantage preferred
Previous experience working in a paperless environment preferred
Ability to multi-task and work in fast paced environment
