Major duties: &#8226Generate revenue from their existing book of business, bank referrals, and working their contacts. &#8226Consultative selling approach, must also be comfortable being team player within the banking environment (for example&#8212must be responsive to bank referrals, adhere to bank policies on vacation, dress code, etc.), and within banking and NASD compliance. &#8226Represent bank well, professionalism and ability to generate credibility a must. &#8226Person needs to have demonstrated success selling wide variety of products&#8212managed money, stocks, bonds, insurance, annuities, mutual funds.


Qualifications
Mandatory minimum qualifications - &#8226This person will be a part of selecting the new brokerage platform for the Bank. &#8226Bank will pay for full-time assistant. &#8226Flexible on location. Can office in any of the Bank&#8217s locations that have space available. &#8226This person will be introduced to board of directors, key shareholders and centers of influence. &#8226The person should be generating at least $300,000 in gross commissions after 12 months and in the $400,000 range after 24 months. &#8226Monthly commission payout of 30% or 40% of gross, depending monthly sales production. &#8226Draw against future commissions is possible depending upon experience and latest 12 months earnings.
