Retail Research Specialist – Job Number -1000533

You will resolve all inquiries that cannot be completed during the initial contact with our shareholders, and subsequently require transfer agent intervention. Work closely with transfer agent and support areas to resolve inquiries to the client's satisfaction. In addition, the incumbent proactively identifies and analyzes processing issues to assure quality service.

The qualified candidate will have:
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Series 6 or 7, & 63.
• Minimum 1 year customer service experience.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Strong knowledge of mutual funds and superior customer relations skills.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and organizational skills required.
• Strong understanding of operational procedures required.
• PC skills required.
