Location: San Francisco preferred (location open for individual who can establish minimum client base of
$50MM or higher immediately).

Summary:
Leading San Francisco-based investment adviser/multi-family office seeking a seasoned High Net Worth
(HNW) Investment Adviser/Money Manager/Private Banker/Financial Adviser with a proven, track record of
successful investment experience working with wealthy families, HNW individuals, foundations and
endowments.

Requirements:
Must be capable of transferring existing client base to an open architecture investment platform, minimum
range of $50MM in assets is required.

Compensation/Relocation:
Above market guaranteed payout plus a piece of equity in own platform. Relocation assistance and other
financial perks are also provided. Payout level and solid capital base is very attractive compared to most
